Foundations II: Deepen Your Yoga Practice with Confidence
This 8‑week course builds on Foundation I to expand strength, stability and inner focus while continuing to introduce yogic philosophy and simple spiritual practices.
Who is it for? Foundation II is designed for students who have completed Foundation I or who already have an equivalent beginner’s grounding. Over eight weeks you’ll move into longer, more integrated asana sequences and breath‑initiated movement, refine subtle body alignment and cultivate sustained, mindful attention. The course introduces core pranayama, foundational bandha and mudras, and sound and subtle practices that prepare the mind for focused concentration and meditation.
