Testimonials
“I signed up for the beginner course as l was starting my yoga journey and wanted to learn the correct techniques of the poses (asanas).
It was a fantastic course as l was introduced to 5 styles of yoga each taught by a different teacher that specialised in the particular style. It was the perfect combination of theory and practice for each style.
This course enabled me to feel confident and comfortable along with working out my preferred types of yoga.
Prana House is a gorgeous space to practice in and the teachers are lovely. I highly recommend this course to anyone considering signing up - Sarah”
