Matthew was instrumental in a major growth period in my life. He is kind, firm, intuitive and practical. Matthew was able to conjure up core issues that were buried within surface level problems, and he helped me to create an easy and effective plan to tackle these with a step by step approach. Matthew provides a judgement free space which made me feel super comfortable to be vulnerable, so we were able to work together to get to the root of the issues I was having in my work and personal life. Thank you, Matthew! I feel lighter and happier than I have in a long time. - Glenn
