Using a unique blend of Kinesiology and Reiki Virginia works to identify the imbalances within the body's energy systems by tapping in to its bio-feedback through muscle testing and other techniques to assess the patterns that are being processed. By tapping into the body's innate wisdom, Kinesiology helps to restore harmony and foster a gentler relationship within by showing our story for us. Our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, focusing on energetic patterns that may be affecting your day to day experience. Through this combination of therapies, we work to reset and restore your energy creating a deeper understanding and encouraging self-awareness.

With 30 years in the wellness world—as a therapist, client and curious human—Virginia has been driven to understand our energetic patterns and how they shape our lives.
Virginia began in spa rituals and soon moved into energetic therapies like Kinesiology and Reiki seeing how beautifully all of these elements blend together: one connects us with the body, the other with the subconscious and the unseen which together reveals a path for us.
Over the years Virginia has explored many modalities to find gentle, effective and sustainable ways to support these two reflections of ourselves. The treatments she offers blend physical and energetic connection, using her own product line as well as locally crafted products that are created to support your journey from the moment you arrive, within your sessions and as you continue at home.
