Most of us have experienced love. We’re mothers, aunts, sisters, friends, nieces and grandmothers, and each different title weaves another thread in our tapestry of love. The act of loving is so deeply profound, that losing love destroys our heart and crushes our very soul.
All of us, at some stage, will mourn the loss of someone we love, but perhaps the most profound grief comes when we lose ourselves.
As women, we can sacrifice too much for other people. In our efforts to be the best mum, wife, sister, and friend, we lose our identity and exist merely to serve… But there is a solution.

Like many of my clients, I understand what it feels like to put everyone else first. My own personal healing journey opened my eyes to the incredible impact energy healing can have on our emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing. That experience inspired me to create Souls First—a place where people feel supported, heard and empowered to prioritise themselves without guilt.

My passion is helping people restore balance in their lives by addressing the emotional, energetic and physical blocks that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected from themselves.
