If you’ve been curious about trying acupuncture or exploring Ayurvedic support, this is a beautiful time to begin.

Valid until the end of March. Limited bookings available.

The Service

Mairead offers an integrative approach to health through Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda Medicine. Treatments are tailored to the individual, drawing on pulse and tongue diagnosis, seasonal rhythms and a deep understanding of the nervous system to restore harmony within the body.

Sessions are designed to support both acute concerns and long-term wellbeing, addressing the interconnected nature of physical health, emotional balance and lifestyle. Gentle, precise acupuncture techniques are combined with dietary and lifestyle guidance to encourage sustainable healing.

Each treatment honours the body’s innate intelligence, supporting circulation of qi, digestive vitality, hormonal balance, and resilience in times of stress.

Areas of focus include nervous system regulation, women’s health and fertility, digestive health, sleep support, skin health, fatigue, and mental-emotional wellbeing.
