Much loved Prana House Yoga Practitioner Georgia Karstens is introducing her new series Awaken & Align. This series will be held monthly and is for those who are looking to raise their vibration and increase their frequency. You will also have the opportunity for guided contemplation and letting go of what no longer serves allowing students to move through life with more ease and flow. These 2 hour workshops will include a combination of Yoga, meditation, prompted contemplation, journaling, sound healing and Reiki. Georgia will offer a different theme each month and integrate a variety of these offerings to suit her chosen topic…

ASCENSION: Awakening the Light Within — Whispers of the New Earth

Join us for a powerful soul shifting two-hour journey designed to support your spiritual evolution during this time of profound planetary shift.

Led by Georgia, a Senior Teacher at Prana House with 23 years of experience in yoga teaching. She will combine Kinesiology, Reiki, Astrology, Chinese medicine, and Hawaiian teachings, weaving ancient wisdom with modern energetic practices to create a deeply transformative space.

This gathering includes a workshop space for journaling and exploring the current spiritual themes that shape our awakening.

The journey begins with a sacred ritual to connect deeply with your inner self and set intentions for the ascension path ahead. From this space, we’ll explore energetic themes such as timeline shifts, vibrational alignment, cosmic upgrades, and manifesting from the heart. A reflective workshop component invites you to recognise what is falling away, honour new pathways emerging, and align with the whispers of the New Earth.

The experience culminates in a restorative hour of Yin Yoga and Reiki, allowing the body to soften, the nervous system to recalibrate, and the light within to awaken fully. This is a space for deep remembrance, rising into your authentic frequency, and stepping into alignment with higher timelines and synchronicity.
