Join us for INNER BALANCE, a 3-hour immersive wellness experience designed to support clarity, presence, and intention as we step into 2026.
This soul-led gathering weaves together:
• A grounding vinyasa flow to connect mind and body
• Guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness and awareness
• A 2026 vision board experience to consciously anchor your intentions for the year ahead
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this space is open to all levels. The intention is not perfection, but presence - moving with awareness, breathing with purpose, and creating from alignment.

1. Nicky Tran
Meet Your Host – Nicky Tran
Nicky Tran is the founder of Soul8Purpose, a soul-led space devoted to conscious expansion, holistic healing, and mindful connection. After five years in business development, she followed a deeper calling into yoga and spiritual practice.
With over two years of yoga practice and further training under BYS, guided by Nikki Indrawaty and Himanshu Joshi, Nicky now shares her practice as a humble student and new teacher. Inner Balance marks her first workshop—an intentional space to slow down, realign, and grow together.
2. Anne-Sophie Lutchmana
Anne-Sophie is the founder of Amour IN, creating heart-led spaces that nurture balance, self-confidence, and personal growth through mindfulness, self-image expression, and compassionate guidance.
With a background in Community Services, Counselling, and person-centred support, alongside experience across modelling, beauty, fitness, and human services, she creates environments where people feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.
