This immersive three-day Kids Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, educators, health professionals, and parents who want to confidently teach meaningful, engaging, and impactful yoga classes for children.
Delivered in person by Zenergy Yoga, Australia’s leading kids yoga training organisation, this course goes far beyond games and poses. You’ll learn what to teach, how to teach it, and why it works — supporting children’s physical development, emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and wellbeing.
The training combines yoga, mindfulness, movement, and age-appropriate teaching strategies, grounded in over 27 years of experience and thousands of hours working with children and teens.
You’ll leave with practical tools, ready-to-use class structures, and the confidence to teach kids yoga in schools, studios, communities, or private settings.
Graduates receive a recognised Kids Yoga Teacher Certificate.
