Join Emma and Erika for an intimate evening of Energetics & Sound Healing at Prana House, Thornbury.

As we guide you through an inner journey to release, realign and reconnect with yourself. This gathering is for the women who are ready to deepen their healing, rise into new levels of self-awareness and be held in community.

In this 2 hour event, we will guide you through a 75 minute journey of deep healing, where Spinal Energetics, Rahanni Healing and Sound come together as one. Each practice supporting you to release what's been held, realign your body and bring your nervous system back to balance.


THE JOURNEY INCLUDES:

-Spinal Energetics

Spinal Energetics is known as a somatic practice. A blend of both Eastern and Western practices which allows us to look beyond the physical body. In Spinal Energetics we are working with the innate wisdom of the body. Here we work specifically with bound tension stored on our spine, which helps explore layers of our energetic field; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and Soul level. Spinal Energetics helps to release and integrate unprocessed emotions and release stagnant energy which is stored within our body.

-Rahanni Celestial Healing

A 6th dimensional healing that vibrates on the pink ray of Light which expands the heart centre. It will help you release fear & negativity, opening you to truth, love and compassion. With the help of cosmic light beings and angels, we will clear dense energy from your physical and energetic body to help you feel lighter, happier & at peace. This is a powerful yet gentle and loving healing, suitable for adults, children and animals.

-Sound Bath healing 

Is an ancient healing modality which works by using specially tuned instruments, which vibrate at different frequencies, travelling through our body and impacting the way our body resonates with each sound. Sound frequencies are used to engage with the body, with the intention of bringing our body to a deep state of relaxation and connection. Sound frequencies are played together, slowing down your brain waves to elicit a deeply restorative state, helping to activate the body's system of self healing.

Due to the nature of this work, there is some contraindications that will require us to adjust techniques or detain from practices used on the day. These are;

High blood pressure/cardiovascular conditions.
Severe mental health disorders such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar.
Recent hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition. emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years.
Detached Retina.
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries.
Severe Asthma.
History of seizures.
Heart disease.
Pacemakers.
Drug or alcohol addiction.
Currently taking heavy medications- If so, please advise prior to booking.
Pregnancy.
