Foundational Forms - Conscious and Embodied Moving - Integrated Pranayama and Rest
Home Bodies works towards fostering an inclusive and accessible environment for all people to practice the benefits of yoga and to connect with the innate wisdom of their own bodies.
This course is suited to both people new to yoga and those looking to bring a new awareness to their existing practice. Throughout the course there will be many opportunities to focus on foundational forms, to practice a combination of subtle and dynamic sequences together with moments for pranayama and rest.
Mia and Rosie are qualified trauma-informed and community-based yoga teachers who have volunteered and worked within the community sector for a number of years. They have each experienced the benefits of movement practices and believe strongly in creating more inclusive, accessible, trauma-informed and affordable ways of practicing yoga.
