About Me:
Creative, free-spirited, intuitive, and open-hearted. I’m a lifelong learner and lover of life. My path has taken me through ancient spiritual traditions, natural powerful landscapes, and sacred ceremonies. I’m drawn to spaces that invite authenticity, presence, and the mystery of transformation.
Yoga Influences:
My practice is shaped by classical Hatha - the foundation; Vinyasa - the medicine of movement; and Yin yoga - the power of stillness and surrender. I’m deeply inspired by the Buddhist teachings, Andean and Amazonian cosmologies, and teachers who emphasise yoga as a path of embodied compassion and deep remembering.
Teaching Style:
Grounded, spacious, and intentional. I aim to create a felt sense of safety, rhythm, and reverence; inviting students into inner inquiry, honest presence, and connection with breath, and the natural world. My classes can often include elements of ritual, mindfulness, playfulness, prayer and song.
Why do you practice yoga?
To come home to Self. To remember. To listen and be present with Self and Life as it is.
Why do you teach?
I believe in the medicine of practice. Teaching is my way of sharing, holding space for others to explore their inner landscape, and offering tools for grounded and intentional
living.
Favourite Asana?
Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). For its clarity, steadiness, and the way it opens both earth
and sky within the body.
