About Me
After first discovering yoga in Australia, Angad returned to his motherland India to deepen his practice, studying Iyengar-style yoga in Rishikesh and Dharmshala before completing Ashtanga Vinyasa training in Mysore. His teaching style is rooted in Patanjali’s three external limbs: Asana, Pranayama, and Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal).

Ram Dass & Krishan Dass whose teachings centred on Bhakti Yoga, the path of love inspired by the teachings of Neem Karoli Baba.

To help others reconnect with their bodies and self, as I believe we all have an unchanging inner home that gets buried under the noise of modern and fast-paced life.
