Whether you have been curious about a particular therapy, would like to meet a practitioner before committing to ongoing sessions, or simply want to experience a different approach to wellbeing, these special offerings provide an accessible introduction. Presented in a shorter format or at a special festival rate, Wellness Discovery Sessions are an opportunity to connect with our experienced practitioners, experience their unique approach, and discover the support that feels right for you.

You will also receive a further 15% off 5 subsequent sessions if you wish to continue (must be purchased upfront on the day). I am offering only limited sessions!
Sessions are for those couples that feel ready to explore more expansive ways of relating and loving one another but feel stuck in repeating painful pattens. Alongside you, I will help you slow down and unpack the protective strategies, attachment wounds, unspoken hurts and emotional and nervous system responses that keep you caught in these negative cycles of relating.
