Forgiveness Making Peace with Ourselves, Others & The Past

Inspired in part by the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono, this immersion explores forgiveness of self, forgiveness of others, and making peace with the past.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, journalling, reflection, yin yoga and a deeply restorative crystal sound healing journey, you’ll be invited to soften, release and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful and nurturing way.

Some of our greatest lessons are woven into the experiences that have hurt us the most. Forgiveness is not about condoning what has happened or erasing the memory of the past. It is about releasing the energetic weight we continue to carry, reclaiming our life force, and no longer allowing old experiences to define who we are or shape who we are becoming.

As we let go of what no longer serves us, we create space for greater coherence, peace, love and a higher vibration. We begin to loosen the energetic ties that keep us connected to old wounds, resentment, guilt, regret and self-judgement, allowing us to move forward with greater freedom, compassion and an open heart.

Georgia’s events offer an opportunity to slow down, take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself. They are designed to gently regulate the nervous system, create space for deep rest and restoration, and support meaningful personal growth.

A workshop component will invite you to explore the theme more deeply through guided reflection, offering a safe and compassionate space to acknowledge the parts of yourself that are ready to heal. There is never any pressure to share—only an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity, kindness and acceptance.

Whether you’re joining for relaxation, renewal or spiritual expansion, these monthly community gatherings offer a space to pause, breathe, reconnect and return home to yourself.

The evening will close with Chai and Bliss Balls.
