Menopause Yoga, created by Petra Coveney, is specifically designed for this phase of life. It’s not about pushing through or pretending it’s not happening. It’s about working with your body, meeting yourself where you are, and finding tools that actually help.
Cassi runs these classes with a deep understanding of what menopause asks of the body and mind. She trained with Petra Coveney, the founder of Menopause Yoga, and blends this approach with her expertise in breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, and functional nutrition. Each session is designed to support you through symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, and disrupted sleep, offering movement, breath, and deep rest that meet you where you are.
