As part of Prana House's 20 Year Wellness Festival, our practitioners are offering a diverse range of workshops designed to inspire, educate and support your wellbeing. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of a particular topic, learn practical tools to support your health, or experience a new modality in a welcoming group environment, these special workshops offer the perfect opportunity. Led by our experienced practitioners, each workshop provides a chance to connect with new ideas, gain valuable insights, and discover the practitioners and approaches that resonate with you and may become an ongoing part of your wellness journey.
In the wake of the Leo solar eclipse, Creative Expansion is a somatic workshop on alchemising survival-based patterns around your creative self-expression.
As Jupiter in Leo expands our belief in our own creative possibilities, this is a potent transit to orient towards our vision through playing our own creative game in life. Offer yourself permission to express more of who you are in fresh ways.
Guided by Somatic Experiencing® principles, this 75-minute workshop will explore gentle somatic practices to greet our creative hearts and experiment with the playfulness and radiance of Leo energy.
This is an introductory workshop exploring somatic practices on connecting with our innate strength to welcome in more vitality, courage and joy into our lives.

Whether you’re new to somatic work and want to experience an accessible, playful entry point, or curious about exploring astrology through the lens of embodied awareness, you are warmly welcomed as you are. No previous experience with somatics or prior knowledge of astrology is needed.

About Your Facilitator
Rachel Lee is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, astrologer and writer. Previously a social worker for over 10 years working in frontline crisis roles spanning family violence, housing and mental health, she left after experiencing burnout to pursue a life that feels alive, vibrant and free. Rachel’s approach is grounded in her personal experience of healing trauma and chronic stress through somatics, astrology, energy work and unblocking her creative spirit. Her practice is relational, body-oriented, nervous system informed, and emerges from an un-shaming perspective. Rachel’s work centres empowerment, creativity, beauty and joy as pathways into greater aliveness, possibility and honest expression.
