Introduction to Pranayama

Prana House Wellness Festival - Celebrating 20 Years

As part of Prana House's 20 Year Wellness Festival, our practitioners are offering a diverse range of workshops designed to inspire, educate and support your wellbeing. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of a particular topic, learn practical tools to support your health, or experience a new modality in a welcoming group environment, these special workshops offer the perfect opportunity. Led by our experienced practitioners, each workshop provides a chance to connect with new ideas, gain valuable insights, and discover the practitioners and approaches that resonate with you and may become an ongoing part of your wellness journey.

This one-off class provides an insight in to our 6 week Introduction to Pranayama course scheduled to begin in the coming months.   Pranayama or breath control can have a profound effect on your physical and emotional state with some techniques helping to downregulate the nervous system (calming) or upregulate (build energy).

This 60min class will allow you to try a few techniques and get a feel for what the course will offer or you can just come along and experience it as a one-off.
