This Yoga for Anxiety workshop is a 2-hour in-person event: a calming, sensory-rich wellness experience designed to support your nervous system, soothe anxiety, and guide you into your deepest rest yet. 😮‍💨🫁✨ You’ll sip on warm herbal tea, indulge in delicious plant-based treats, breathe in the soothing aromas of essential oils, get to know your anxiety, connect with others on a human level, and explore the power of breath-led yoga for anxiety relief.
