A ceremonial sound healing experience to realign with the body’s natural rhythm, release what no longer resonates, and restore your inner harmony and clarity.

This is not a typical sound bath. Return to Resonance is a frequency recalibration, weaving sound, meditation, breath, energy attunement and stillness to support deep nervous system rest and inner return.

We’ll move through three intentional phases:

This ceremony is held in a softly guided, non-performative space where you're invited to simply receive.
All elements are designed to support you to feel clearer, lighter, and more deeply attuned to yourself.

✺ Opening guided meditation and light intention setting to settle your energy and create sacred space
✺ Gentle breathwork and somatic grounding to bring you to presence, and prepare your body to receive
✺ Crystal alchemy bowls and solar gong to recalibrate your energetic system and restore harmonic flow
✺ Group-attuned frequency healing to support emotional clearing, energetic release, and subtle rebalancing
✺ Optional vocal resonance (humming or toning) to activate your own inner sound current
✺ Silent rest and grounding to support the integration of any shifts
✺ Closing reflection and optional take-home intention card to support you post journey
✺ Light herbal tea & moments to connect

This is a non-performative, deeply invitational space. All elements are designed to support inner return and nervous system clarity.

This experience is open to all. Whether you’re new to sound healing returning to deeper practices, you are welcome. Come as you are, no preparation is needed.

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

4:55pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 5:00 and doors will be shut after 5 mins.

Try to only eat light foods prior to the session
Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices
