Prana House, in collaboration with a group of industry leading health practitioners, are offering a one day virtual wellness retreat. This is an opportunity for you to press ‘reset’ and reconnect with your inner light. This wellness retreat is focused around self healing and stress management, and will give you the insight you need to maintain peace and vitality in our current climate and ever-changing circumstances.

Access all the benefits of this amazing health reset from the comfort of your own home, as you participate in the live sessions with each practitioner via zoom.

9:50am - 10:00am: Check-in & Welcome

10:00am - 11:00am: Hypnotherapy & Heart Integration Therapy with Yalini

11:15am - 12:15pm: Self-compassion & Group Reiki healing with Laura Jean

About the Sessions

SESSION ONE: Hypnotherapy & Heart Integration Therapy with Yalini

Overcome fear and reconnect to your light.

Be guided to your heart centre where you can reignite your magic through a unique combination of hypnotherapy and heart integration therapy. Through hypnotherapy, you are invited to safely release the fears, worries and tensions that have been weighing you down and blocking you from moving forward. The loving light encodings offered through heart integration therapy then initiate a deeper emotional and soul healing to accelerate your ascension. Melt back into your being and return to the present moment feeling lighter, centred and balanced.

Heart integration therapy includes a combination of light language transmissions and psychic surgery to balance the frequency of your heart. This therapy speaks directly to your soul and adjusts to the resonance of your individual vibration, activating and recoding it to carry you to a higher vibration of wellbeing. The transmissions are safe, loving and can sometimes even sounds angelic.

SESSION TWO: Self-compassion & Group Reiki healing with Laura Jean

You are invited to give yourself a break! This self-care session will include a short mindfulness practice and group Reiki healing to help you tend to yourself during difficult times. When we practice self-compassion it soothes our nervous system, while sending a signal to the brain that we are safe.

Reiki healing is a gentle method for stress reduction and relaxation that involves transmitting universal lifeforce energy throughout the body and energetic fields by placing the hands in a series of positions over the body. Reiki can also be sent by distance, not requiring a person to be physically present. Distance Reiki is possible because everything, including us, is made up of energy, which exists independent of space and time. Reiki works on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It removes blockages, rebuilds harmony and encourages self-healing by activating the relaxation response.

SESSION THREE: ABC of Stress Management with Julie Marshall-Novak

If you find yourself feeling overworked, under-appreciated, and just short on time (or patience) then this session may be of benefit to you. This empowering workshop is designed to identify your unique stressors and to help you create your own map with fun, successful methods to manage stress before it does you any harm. Discover tools and techniques relating to nutrition, breathing, activities, creativity, mindset, relationships, and your home and work environment. You'll leave this session with a range of resources and your own individual map!

SESSION FOUR: Yoga Nidra with Julie Gargano
