10 Week Online Beginners Yoga Course

This 10 Week Beginners Yoga Online Course is an excellent foundational course aimed at all ages, levels of flexibility & abilities. In a comprehensive systematic method you will learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. This is a supportive and encouraging learning environment and is highly recommended as an introductory start to yoga before attending casual classes.

This course is suitable for:

  • Students brand new to yoga who want to practice in a safe and nurturing environment

  • Students who have been practicing yoga for a while and would like to establish their foundations or need a refresher

  • Teacher Trainees or experienced students of yoga who are wanting to go deeper into technique and alignment and incremental learning of Asana


Each week we explore a new theme which is covered in great detail including technique, alignment and methods around the following:

Week 1 - Introduction into Yoga & Warm Ups

Week 2- Standing Poses

Week 3 - Forward Bends

Week 4- Abdominal Strengthening

Week 5 - Twists

Week 6 - Backbends

Week 7 - Sun Salutations

Week 8 - Shoulder Opening & Dynamic Inversions

Week 9 - Restorative Inversions

Week 10 - Balancing Poses & Partner Yoga


This course will be delivered online over 10 weeks. Each new class will be released on a Thursday and will be available for 7 days to be watched and practiced before the next module is released the next Thursday.
