about me

Enza has completed Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Ashtanga and Hatha, meditation training, and is also a qualified Reiki Healer 

Enza has also created Sol Rituals, facilitating mindfulness and healing events and workshops. 

Enza found her love for meditation at a young age as she was searching for ways to improve her sleep and manage her stress as a student. With her career in financial advisory, she understands the pressures of balancing everyday life with the corporate world and experienced how much impact stress had on the mind and body.   She has now been practicing meditation for over 15 years and uses it not only as a tool to improve overall wellness, but to connect inwards and deepen her understanding of self.  

It has become her passion to guide others in mindfulness practices, to give them the opportunity to learn these tools to empower themselves to create balance in their lives and to develop a greater sense of self and peace within.

About the practice

Enza teaches weekly guided Meditation classes, using different styles of guided meditation and tapping into her knowledge in yoga philosophy and energy healing to support you in calming your nervous system, increasing your awareness and elevating your overall internal state.

The classes will incorporate the breath, mind and body awareness and in some sessions a particular focus for the practice, such as chakra activation or gratitude embodiment.

Enza’s inspiration to maintain a meditation practice over many years is owed to her commitment to continuous growth in self-awareness and the profound impact it has had on her overall health and wellbeing, including quality of sleep and state of mind.

From time to time, Enza may include sound healing as part of the regular meditation sessions.
