The Power of Two workshop is designed to introduce you to Emotionally Focussed Couple’s therapy, which is deeply rooted in attachment theory. In essence, EFT helps couples understand and transform their relationship by focusing on their attachment needs and the underlying emotions that drive their interactions.

The workshop will give you a sense of the bonding experience between you and your intimate other and will include some self-reflection, a Q& A, and a fun exercise for deepening intimacy.
