As part of studio hire Prana House offers the option of promotional support in the form of:
Event listing on our website under our Upcoming Events
Event listing in monthly newsletter
Posts on Prana House's Facebook and Instagram pages
Posters/flyers on our in-house noticeboard
You can take advantage of all of the above for just $25 + GST. If you are booking in excess of 8 hours in one session the above will be included in your hire price.
* Prana House will provide a list of items we will need in order to complete the above including links, text, images of different sizes and artwork for your poster. Our newsletters go our monthly so if your booking is within 30 days of the date of your event it may not make the newsletter. We require marketing materials at least 4 weeks before your event for inclusion in the newsletter.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Prana House. All contracted prices will be honoured. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days.
Booking times are to include set up and pack down time including brining equipment in to the space. Event organisers are to be mindful of others using separate areas of Prana House and event organisers are to utilise the space they have hired only. Further terms and conditions will be supplied as part of the Hire Agreement.
Minimum booking times:
Weekdays = 2 hours
Weekends = 4 hours
All prices are per hour
All rates are GST exclusive
15% discount apply to long-term bookings (minimum 6 months – weekly bookings) with 6 months deposit paid up front & hire agreement signed for those dates.
Licensees will incur a cleaning fee of $150 for celebrations or space is not left the way it was found for non-celebration events.
A bond of $300 or more will be held for celebration events & are refundable within 7 days of the event if no overtime, damage or large mess is incurred
Extra charge applies to larger bookings of 50 or more people subject approval of the event by Prana House
