Laura Harris

Laura discovered yoga over 15 years ago and completed her first training in India in 2014, since then she's been studying with Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons of Embodied Flow TM, which has its foundations in Contemporary Hatha/Vinyasa, Tantra and Body Mind Centering movement principles. Laura brings curiosity and introception to the felt sense of movement, acknowledging everyone has the right to embodiment and to belonging. She has studied and practices trauma informed yoga across vinyasa, hatha, slow flow, yin, restorative and prenatal yoga styles.
