Nancy Hanley

Nancy has been practicing yoga for 12 years. With a strong personal practice, her passion for Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, lead her to undertake her teacher training to enable her to share this experience with others.

Her focus is to tune in to our three folded nature: body, mind and spirit. Her classes are a mix of dynamic posture, breath, mantra and meditation to improve health and flexibility and experience inner peace. Strengthening the body and mind enables us to cope better with everyday stresses, to be able to set goals and achieve them. To experience our infinite potential.
