Nancy / Vikrampreet
Nancy / Vikrampreet has been practicing yoga for 15 years.
With a strong personal practice, and a great love for Kunalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, she is passionate about sharing this experience with others through teaching.
Her focus is to tune in to our three-folded nature: body, mind and spirit.
Her classes are a mix of a dynamic posture, breath, mantra and meditation to improve health and flexibility and experience inner peace.
Strengthening the body and mind enanbles us to cope better with everyday stresses, to be able to set goals and achieve them.
