helps women discover a balance of strength and surrender in body, mind,
heart and spirit and this is great preparation for childbirth and
mothering. A holistic practice of postures, flowing movement, deep
relaxation, breathing and meditation, suitable for all levels of

playful approach that includes postures, meditation, games, dance,

casual yoga class (drop in class) This class is suitable to a general level student with some experience of yoga. It's aim is to bring balance to both a dynamic physical practice as well as a relaxed and conscious internal practice. Combing the subtleties of breath work, inward
focus, conscious awareness, inner stillness, meditation and sensitivity to subtle energy body. This class balances form and alignment (through still postures and prop work) with flowing sequences.

twin hearts mediation FREE (casual attendance) This is a beautifully guided meditation which activates the Crown and Heart Chakras, allowing you to feel the richness of deep stillness and inner peace.
