Prana House is a newly renovated and spacious oasis for the coming together of yoga and the healing arts. It was opened and inspired by director Julie Gargano with a vision to create an environment conducive to making this world a better place.
The space itself breathes.... With two stunning light filled yoga studios; the Shiva Temple and the Quan Yin Temple, plus three simply beautiful healing rooms. With a definite sense of the ethereal, Prana House evokes an ambiance of sacredness and beauty. It is peaceful, heavenly and inspiring………and is a sanctuary for personal growth and upliftment for the soul.
Each of the 2 beautiful yoga temples are available for hire. Both rooms are large and spacious, with timber floors, high ceilings, double French glass doors opening up to the stylish reception area. Adjustable halogen lighting is provided which can be dimmed for required ambience.
The breathtaking Shiva Temple is east facing and is brilliantly light filled, whilst the more intimate yet still spacious Quan Yin Temple has a large open skylight adding an extra dimension.
