5 week course.  This fun, energising group fitness program that will get you closer to your goals, plus it's an awesome boost to your vitality!  Why not prioritise your fitness & discover more energy with an extra hour of exercise each week?
Starts 30th Jan, and 5th March.


6:30am - 7:45am  Early Bird Yoga with Michelle Jarman

The only way to start your day! 
This Heart flow training is born after a long ripening process of years of practice, teaching and investigating the science of soul called Yoga.
The time is here now to undertake this practice as a product of love and compassion to help give light and guidance to human kind.
The goal of this class is to give direct experiential tools, keys, maps to re-awaken the body, heart, mind based on the traditional yoga teachings.
And to give back yoga its time place as living art and path to full awakening.

:30am - 11:00am  Heart Flow Yoga
This Heart flow training is born after a long ripening process of years of practice, teaching and investigating the science of soul called Yoga.
The time is here now to undertake this practice as a product of love and compassion to help give light and guidance to human kind.
The goal of this class is to give direct experiential tools, keys, maps to re-awaken the body, heart, mind based on the traditional yoga teachings.

Parents & Kids together!!

4:00pm - 5:00pm   Kids Yoga: 6 - 9years
A playful approach that includes postures, meditation, games, dance, songs, chants and relaxation.  This class develops calmness, confidence and creativity allowing each child to discover their own inner light.

6:30pm - 8:00pm   Traditional Hatha Yoga
Be guided through a deeply internal practice that incorporates all eight limbs of Rajas Yoga. This style is strong yet slow, subtle and refined.  Awakening consciousness in movement, breath and stillness we are encouraged further into self enquiry and the deeply healing power of meditation. This class is suitable for all levels.

9:30am - 11:00am   Prenatal Yoga
A safe, empowering and natural way to enjoy your pregnancy & prepare for childbirth.  Combines breathing and relaxation techniques with stretching and strengthening exercises from yoga and active birth.

9:30am - 11:00am   Satyananda Yoga
Satyananda Yoga is a meditative style that moves naturally and systematically, progressing from the physical to the more subtle aspects of our being.  Asana & pranayama are practiced with inner awareness and gentleness and aim to nurture, nourish and soothe the nervous system whilst activating the vital energy.


11:00am - 11:30am  FREE Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation practice that anyone can do and benefit from.  A simple yet very powerful practice that trains us to let go of anxiety and tension in the body and mind.  Yoga Nidra promotes a deep state of inner peace and stillness.


11:00am - 12:00pm   Mums & Bubs Yoga
Parents and babies together (pre-crawlers)!


6:00pm - 6:30pm   FREE Meditation & Relaxation
Be guided through weekly meditations, designed to centre, relax and enlighten.

students - more and less challenging options given to suit everyone.

8:00pm - 9:00pm   ZUMBA @ Prana!

An eclectic fusion of physically strong Yoga - students can expect a
detailed workshop of 1 or 2 asanas to work into their vinyasa sequence.
Pranayama, bandha work and chakra concentration are explored. Open to all
students - more and less challenging options given to suit everyone.


9:30am - 11:00am   Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A gentle and nourishing yoga practise drawing influence from Sivananda,Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga. Emphasis is on stretching, breath work, opening energy centres and guided relaxation. All levels are welcome - more challenging options will be given for more experienced students.
