Ki massage is the duet of Reiki & Massage, the result being a powerful modality which is a wonderful release for both mind & body.

Reiki is a spiritually-based healing system used to make deeper connections with areas of ourselves we often protect and guard due to our emotional responses. Reiki aims to induce a state of deep relaxation during a healing.

Remedial Massage communicates healthy touch in a skilled way to target pain and bring about relief from discomfort. Touch therapy plays an important role in nurturing our immune & nervous systems. Our bodies
require a signal to turn off the 'fight or flight'response often induced by stress, anxiety & depression, and touch works very well in doing just that.

What is so special about ki massage?
Through my own experience I have seen how our emotions can dictate our
physical state. The combination of massage & reiki teaches us how to best
use our energy for prevention of dis-ease.
