shiatsu & reiki with Lisa Mcfarlane

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese body therapy that utilizes acupressure, on the accu-points of the meridian system. A wide range of techniques are used applying pressure to various parts of the body to affect a therapeutic change. Variation of pressure may be firm or light, using not only thumbs, but feet, elbows, knees and palms. This restores balance to the body, facilitating the movement of Qi & blood, removing blockages from the meridian systems, promoting health, wellbeing & vitality.

Reiki is often described as universal life energy or spiritual energy and this combined with shiatsu enhances the body’s natural healing ability.
